Randy highly represented the McLaren name and brand, because you are not just buying a car, you are buying heritage and the opportunity to be part of a legendary brand. Absolutely remarkable experience here !!! I visited on Monday Jan. 25th. I can not express my gratitude towards the salesman that let me check out the Bugatti Chiron interior and even spent his valuable time speaking with me about the cars and answering all my questions. I own a car page and love taking pictures and videos of cars. As a 19 year old who has experienced many looks when going into supercar dealers, this was one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had.
This is for the Service department, I figure it was worth leaving a review especially since most people don't talk about the service department. It was a wonderful experience working with George on my McLaren 720s. I know most people think the dealership is just out to get you on repairs but I definitely didn't feel that way working with George. He was kind and helpful with the entire process.
Having bought several Porsches from Matthew Chis over the years, it was lucky for me he’s at Lamborghini Newport Beach, well maybe lucky for them:) Matthew is probably the most knowledgeable car guy, not only salesmen, as he knows the mechanical side as well as the history behind automobiles. His passion for Lamborghini as well as all cars is contagious and I’ve learned so much from him over the years during our deals. If you want to deal with someone that you know that’s honest and has integrity as well as be an advocate for you-the buyer he’s the man! I recently took my 2016 Aventador SV in for service and David Aguilar made the entire process beyond easy. Explained everything that would be done to my vehicle in detail and advised me on what the best options for service would be. Definitely earned a repeat customer. If you need to service your Lamborghini I'd highly recommend going to David.
The staff here is fantastic! Great selection of Lamborghinis to choose from both new and used. Really nice new facility with a great waiting area. The owner Pietro is on site most days and is always willing to help if need be.

My review is solely based on my interaction with Nick, a salesman working on the floor during a Saturday afternoon. I took my son (who is obsessed with Lamborghinis) to see some up close and personal. We weren't planning to touch or get in any of the cars, simply look. Clearly we weren't there to drop $300k+ on a car, so I wasn't surprised when no one greeted us or asked for our assistance. Honestly, during covid-19, I prefer not to be approached by salespeople anyway. However, after about 10+ minutes on the property, Nick came over and greeted my son, asking which one he wanted. He joked and asked if he had saved up his gift cards from Christmas. We asked about the Urus (my son has an awesome model Urus at home that he loves). Anyway, Nick grabbed the keys, got my son in the driver's seat, and proceeded to direct him to turn it on. He let him rev the engine in Corsa mode, which literally made his life! Nick was so kind, patient, telling us all about the features of the car and was such a professional. No arrogance, or pretense at all. I'm so grateful to him for making it such am awesome day for my son. If you're planning to buy a Lambo, I'd definitely suggest requesting him. And to the management at Lamborghini of Newport - well done on having such a kind and valuable employee.

The sales experience is pretty good here. Went in to "window shop" and had a friendly 30 minute conversation about cars, life, finance, and never felt pressured at all. Keeping this one in the back of my head for a future purchase.

I've been to 4 different Alfa Romeo dealerships and I've never been satisfied with the customer service there. I even had to wait over 6 hours for a simple oil change for my Alfa -traumatizing. I made an appointment online and Ashley called me next day to confirm (tyty for an online system that actually works!). I came today for my oil change and it was such a smooth process! Brice was so kind and made the oil change appointment such a delight -I was pleasantly surprised. I've been to BMW, Porsche and Audi dealerships but this was the best oil change experience. Showroom is cozy with a few snazzy Giulia's. But wow, I am really just overall so happy with my experience today. It only took roughly 2 hours, due to a system upgrade (car wash was provided!). Thank you! Definitely will be back for more services!

Blaine was great to work with. He made the process amazingly smooth and easy. Blaine was very transparent with the price of the car and the deal we were getting. We agreed on the price over the phone and he had everything ready to go when we got there. We would definitely buy from him again.

It was an absolute delight coming here for an oil change and system update! I've never had a better experience getting service done on a car. David assisted me and was informative and truly took the time to ensure that I could ask any and all questions I had about my Alfa. Highly recommended establishment!
Finally we have a legitimate Alfa dealership in Orange County! I brought my 4c in for an extended warranty claim. David handled everything and kept me fully updated with pictures and calls every other day while my 4c was being repaired.

McLaren Newport Beach is a-okay. I stopped in after learning that this is the only dealer in Orange County to feature a demo model of the Koenigsegg Gemera and I wanted to see what 7 foot Lambo doors

My 10 year old son had a birthday wish to go to a Ferrari dealership and look at cars. I took him to the one in Newport, but the doors were locked and the people inside just stared at us without coming to the door. They were open, but apparently not in the mood to show a kid their cars. We then left and went down to the McLaren dealership where the staff could not have been more welcoming, inviting, and kind to him. They opened up several of the cars and spent time talking to him about each car. They even gave him some free posters. It really made his day. His favorite cars are now McLarens. Thanks, guys. You are the best!
